Before Your First Appointment
For your convenience, please fill out a New Patient Health History form (available below) and bring it to your first appointment.
What to Expect
At your first appointment, Dr. Del Core will discuss your dental health goals with you and answer any questions you may have regarding treatment. Your visit will include a comprehensive exam, including x-rays if needed. At a following appointment, Dr. Del Core will work with you to determine your best course of treatment.
Scheduling
We understand the value of your schedule and personal time, and take pride in running an “on-time” office. If for any reason you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we do request that you call to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
