COMPREHENSIVE EXAMINATION

Includes some or all of the following, depending on your history, age and any symptoms that you may have - an evaluation of the state of the existing dentistry, teeth, periodontal health, plaque index, oral cancer examination, muscle and joint (TMJ) analysis and bite analysis. Records may include a complete radiographic series, photographs, plaster models and a bite position analysis.

Following the examination, a separate review of all the information and what if means to you is scheduled - this review of findings is considered part of the examination, and at this appointment you and Dr. Del Core create a plan for treatment. Dr. Del Core calls this a "Master Plan" and it takes into consideration what exists and what you want - not just what the doctor thinks you need. Being part of -the process is the key to Dr. Del Core's success in satisfying his patients.
